The experience

A cooking lesson that ends around the table, with the dishes you have prepared

Tuscan cuisine is presented as culture, conviviality and creativity. The lesson is designed to help guests appreciate aromas, flavors and the pleasure of preparing food together in a relaxed setting.

At the end of the class the group tastes the menu prepared during the lesson, with bread baked in a wood oven, Chianti Classico red wine and a final limoncello or grappa.
